These terms are the agreement between you and Qwery when you use Qwery. Please read them. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
Qwery lets you ask questions about your own data in plain English. It turns each question into a read-only database query, runs it on the database you connect, and shows the result with a written explanation and a chart. Your data stays in your database.
You may connect only databases you own or are authorised to query. You are responsible for that authorisation and for the people you give access to. We recommend connecting with a database user that has read-only permissions. Qwery also opens its own sessions read-only, limits each query, and refuses anything that is not a single SELECT, but these safeguards do not replace correct permissions on your side.
Qwery uses an AI model to write queries and explanations. Answers can be incomplete or mistaken, and the model may misread a question or your data. Check important numbers before you rely on them. Qwery is not professional, financial, legal or medical advice.
Do not use Qwery to:
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts others at risk.
You keep all rights in your data, your questions and your results. You give us only the permission needed to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Qwery, its design and its software remain ours.
We work to keep Qwery available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or retire features, and will tell you in advance of changes that materially reduce what your plan offers.
You can stop using Qwery at any time. We may suspend or end an account for breaking these terms or for non-payment. Ending an account does not touch your own databases. We delete the data we hold for you as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by decisions made from Qwery's answers, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Qwery's operating company is established, and disputes go to that country's courts. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use Qwery after a change means you accept it.
